  3. Worse: having to switch to doing the cheater pushups (the ones you do from your knees) and collapsing as your little noodle arms can't continue and you're in the middle of a large exercise class. Not that something like that happened to me or anything.
    Very funny.

  4. The key is to find the right pacing and not do them too fast. For example I can easily do 100 sit ups over a two week period.
