Worse: having to switch to doing the cheater pushups (the ones you do from your knees) and collapsing as your little noodle arms can't continue and you're in the middle of a large exercise class. Not that something like that happened to me or anything. Very funny.
Oh... Well that's *exactly* what happened to me.
The key is to find the right pacing and not do them too fast. For example I can easily do 100 sit ups over a two week period.
Whoa! That is impressive.
