Always Remember (Relationship Issue)

No matter how intense they may get.

Sometimes arguments just... end?

Really! Just like that!

I mean, no one wins, no one loses. Everything just goes back to normal.

What the hell was the freaking point!?!

  1. The point is that yes, one day, you WILL win.

Makes it all worth the effort.

  6. nicely illustrated. it took me a minute to figure it out, but then it was delightfully clear. at first i just thought a couple guys were having a little too much fun playing with their weapons.

  7. It's always best when they just end. Especially when you can't remember why they started. ;)

  8. @ Moooooog: I've always wondered about that. I suspect that when the guy does win she doesn't let him enjoy the victory that much.

@ dbs: Thank you, good sir.

@ Danger Boy: Yup. I just try to leave things alone & not force the issue when it does happen.

    @ Nubian: *bows*

@ Copyboy: Glad I could help.

@ AC: Thanks. I relied heavily on the use of metaphor this time. The bazooka, for example, symbolizes the ever popular mother-in-law reference.

@ Sherilin: That happens too. More often than you might guess.

@ Jayne: Even better is when you do remember but you were the one in the wrong & you knew it. Not me, of course. I wasn't wrong. She just refused to admit it.

  9. Oh man, its the best just getting out of an argument alive and not being mad at each other! Unfortunately that's about 1 in 10 for us :) Perhaps your cartoon strip would help?

  10. Did they have sex in the end? Isn't that the whole point of arguments? The fun make up part?

  11. @ Meri: "Vinny C - Cartoon Relationship Therapist" does have a nice ring to it.

@ Elly Lou: If the phone didn't ring, who knows?

@ Nikki: You obviously have better arguments than I do.

  12. In my house arguments end because Hubby has short term memory loss.

It really pisses me off when I want to stay annoyed at him

  13. @ Sprite: If I were him, I'd play that card every chance I got. Even if I did remember.
